The programs consist of several activities that once aligned to the general objectives of the organization and to the specific ones, of the team, gain the shape of a learning platform adapted to a need.

The learning platforms developed by Target Active Training are based on the experiential learning principles (“learning by doing”) which are applied in situations that are similar to those in the office daily life.
